Grayling
The grayling is known as The Lady of the Stream and is a mixture of pleasures. With enchanting colouration, graceful and delicate looks, a high crown of sail in her dorsal fin, and a scent of sweet herbs the grayling is a charming and popular quarry. Whether it be with fly or bait, winter grayling fishing in pure southern chalkstreams is a delight to experience.
